Vipergreen
Trendsetter: almost no other colour, apart from white, is as closely associated with the 911 Carrera RS 2.7 as Vipergreen. The extroverted colour is a bright and strong shade of green, reminiscent of the colour of a viper snake. Almost neon, Vipergreen creates a bold impression with its saturated look and highlights the high-performance features of RS models.
Vipergreen was available from 1972-1973 and again in the 2010s. It is available as a Paint to Sample option for the Porsche models 911, 718 and Taycan as well as the Panamera and Macan.
Vipergreen is a specific shade that creates an unmistakable radiance with its bright appearance and slight yellow undertone. The striking green vehicle colour is often used for accent parts to create contrast and thereby draw attention to components such as the rear wing or the air intakes.
Are you wondering whether something special can be made even more extraordinary and personalized? It can be done: Thanks to Paint to Sample.
Whether elegant or extravagant, historic or modern, colourful or muted - the Paint to Sample programme offers an extensive range of over 190 impressive exterior colours for all models - for the individual design of your very own Porsche.
Please note: Each colour from the Paint to Sample range is produced individually for your vehicle in the specific paint quantity required for your order. The specification of your desired colour must therefore be made at least 3 months before the production month specified by your Porsche partner.
We recommend: If you are interested in the Paint to Sample programme, please contact your local Porsche Center. They are available for all questions regarding colour and can provide the best possible advice using actual paint samples.
Paint to Sample in digital and print media: The appearance representation of colour may vary from the actual shade depending on the calibration of the outputting devices (monitor, printer, etc.).
Paint to Sample on the vehicle:
- The same shade can create varying optical effects on vehicles with different body shapes.
- As part of the Paint to Sample programme, we are committed to making historical Porsche colours available again. Due to the use of different ingredients in past paint formulations and the natural aging process over time, modern technology can only strive to achieve the closest possible approximation of the original shade.
- The use of identical colour names by other manufacturers outside of Porsche does not necessarily indicate a visual match of the corresponding shades.
- A separate paint batch is produced for each vehicle. For this reason, there may be colour deviations between different vehicles even when they share the same Paint to Sample shade.
