Dynamic Package

For even more driving dynamics and agility. Together with the active chassis control system ‘Porsche Active Ride', the Summer Performance Tires deliver their full potential. Dynamic Package includes:


1. Porsche Active Ride: an active chassis control system on all four wheels for considerably increased comfort and performance. In the air suspension shock absorbers, tensile and compressive forces can be generated individually on each wheel as required. The result: an even greater balance between comfortable travel and sporty driving dynamics.


For improved comfort:

  • Comfort entry height adjustment: quick raising and lowering of the entire body when opening and closing the doors
  • Increased stability of the vehicle body on uneven roads
  • Active cornering dynamics: reduction of lateral forces for the occupants by tilting the vehicle towards the inside of the corner
  • Acceleration and braking comfort: reduction of longitudinal forces for the occupants by lowering/raising the vehicle on the front/rear axle


For more performance:

  • Increased grip level through rolling-motion compensation in corners and pitch compensation when braking
  • Lower centre of gravity by lowering the body below the low level of the air spring during dynamic cornering and heavy braking (in Sport Plus driving mode)


2. Summer Performance Tires:

Tires with a designed for driving dynamics and cornering precision thanks to an increased level of grip.

  • Front axle: 265/35 ZR21 101Y XL
  • Rear axle: 305/30 ZR21 104Y XL


3. Rear-Axle Steering

Active steering of the rear wheels for increased agility, a reduced turning circle at low speeds and improved driving stability at high speeds. The rear wheels are turned in the same direction as the steering input at the front axle or in the opposite direction, depending on the current driving speed.
