Our most advanced lighting technology: the high-resolution HD-Matrix LED headlights adapt the light distribution with more than 64,000 pixels to any driving situation. This function is camera-based.
Highlights: • The innovative lighting technology impresses with a bright, homogeneous light pattern produced by many thousands of pixels. The light distribution is always optimally adjusted depending on the weather, lighting and road conditions, for example with functions such as the city light, highway light or fog-optimised dipped beam. • The glare-free high beam makes it possible to use the high beam continuously without dazzling vehicles ahead or oncoming traffic. • The typical Porsche 4-point light design characterises the front of the vehicle. Next to the daytime running lights and indicator lights, the dipped beam and high beam are now also in the familiar 4-point light design.
Additional functions: • Headlight animation: an individual leaving home/coming home animation appears in the headlights, as well as a wall projection in the typical Porsche 4-point appearance. • Lane brightening: the vehicle's lane is highlighted with a sheet of light on motorways as well as in roadworks and narrow spaces.
All functions described are subject to system limits and require permanent monitoring by the driver.
