When activated and at the correct speed, the vehicle is able to detect suitable parking spaces by measuring the space while driving past and then automatically taking control of the steering in parallel and perpendicular parking spaces.
The driver remains in the vehicle and is responsible for the parking manoeuvre as well as for acceleration, braking and changing gears.
Note: In conjunction with ParkAssist front and rear or reversing camera (KA2) or Reversing camera incl. Surround View (KA6) available
Traffic sign recognition uses a camera and navigation data to detect speed limits, no overtaking zones (start and end) and infer local traffic codes (from boundary signs). Information is displayed in the instrument cluster.
The cornering notification feature supplements the traffic sign recognition function with navigation-data-based direction information in advance of tight corners.
As ParkAssist (front and rear) including reversing camera, but also featuring a 360-degree surround view generated from the images of four high-resolution cameras enabling even greater comfort when manoeuvring.
A junction view (from front and rear of vehicle) provides assistance at more complex exits.

- Active Parking Assistance
The system automatically detects parking spaces and measures their size. Once the system has signalled that the parking space is a sufficient size, the driver can initiate and control the parking process. The system automatically takes over the steering and the forward and backward movement of the vehicle. The Active Parking Assistance is able to park the vehicle in parallel and perpendicular parking spaces.
- Manoeuvring Assist
The Manoeuvring Assist can, where system limitations allow, prevent collisions through braking in tight and complex manoeuvring situations when reversing.
- Trailer Manoeuvering Support
The Trailer Manoeuvering Support helps the driver when reversing with a trailer.
Note: the functions described support the driver where system limitations allow. The driver must monitor driving style at all times and intervene in cases of doubt

Detects the area ahead of the vehicle.
Within the system limitations, an impending frontal collision with other vehicles, pedestrians or cyclists can be detected both in the urban and extra-urban speed range.
The system warns the driver visually, acoustically and if necessary through a braking jolt.
Where required, the system can support the driver's braking or initiate partial or full deceleration in order to reduce the collision speed or prevent the collision in some circumstances.
Access to the car and locking without active use of the key, including contactless opening and closing of the rear hatch by foot gesture.
Note: The Comfort Access uses state of the art technology. However, it cannot be completely ruled out that the key´s wireless encryption code is intercepted and used to open or steal the vehicle

Voice recognition lets you use apps conveniently while driving, minimising distractions and allowing you to concentrate fully on the road.
Note: Apple CarPlay requires a compatible iPhone®. The approval of Apple CarPlay in individual countries as well as the approval of apps for Apple CarPlay is controlled exclusively by Apple®.
The approval of Android Auto in individual countries as well as the approval of apps for Android Auto is controlled exclusively by Google®.
The following mobile devices are compatible with the software used in the vehicle can be used without restrictions:
- Apple: iPhone 7 and higher starting iOS 14.1
- Android™ mobile devices with active Google Play services such as Samsung Galaxy S10, Huawei P30, Google Pixel 4, Google Pixel 4XL (Android version 10).
Other devices may be compatible. Users of Android™ devices with Android 9 and lower can download Android Auto from the Google Play Store. For users with devices running Android 10 and above, Android Auto is pre-installed.
